Georgia Browne is being a Child with TG's Children

TG's Urangan welcomes Georgia Browne to our ever-growing TG's Family!

A Child's World

Having the privilege to enter a child's world is something Georgia Browne enjoys every single day at TG's. This is where she can play with the children as if she were a child too! And that is what makes TG's Educators so special and well-loved. It is what creates a safe, loving, warm environment in TG's play spaces. Children can simply be themselves in the company of TG's Educators.

At TG's, one can experience the joy of being a child, and the joy of Playing is Learning for Life.

Georgia loves watching the children learn, laugh and grow. She has worked in Early Childhood for almost two years and is currently studying for her Diploma.

Feeling at home with children is not at all foreign to Georgia. As an older sister of two little girls and a brother, Georgia is used to and loves looking after and taking care of little ones. When she was young, the family moved a lot which meant several different schools and constantly making lots of new friends. It was where she discovered her gifts for making other little children feel comfortable and welcomed and how she was good at looking after others.

With her mother as her best friend, Georgia had a happy childhood riding her pony after school and playing with her siblings outdoors. She remembers fondly how they would build houses and play pretend they were living in the wild! Imaginary adventures make for a very rich childhood and this is something that Georgia has not lost and has brought into TG's to share with the children.

Spending time with her family and close friends is what makes Georgia happy. With TG's as her extended family, going to work means even more happiness!

Understanding Children

As someone who is naturally caring and loving, Georgia wishes she could have the super power to read minds. What she may not be aware of is, as a TG's Educator, she is honing that very super skill every single day.

TG's Educators observe the children and get to know each and every single child - their experiences, interests, gifts, milestones and unique learning journeys. It is almost like they can read each child's mind and be able to design and plan activities that would be the most relevant to each child, that would most excite that spark of joy in them.

Efforts Come Full Circle

What Georgia has learnt is you really do get what you pay for and treating others they way you want to be treated is a wise start. TG's educators are highly dedicated to the children's learning journeys and the children return their efforts twice over with their smiles, laughter and joy for learning. At TG's, children learn to building loving relationships with their peers, educators and beyond with their communities. Children take what they have experienced at TG's back to their homes and to their communities. There is a very special loving flow of kindness and joy that you feel in TG's play spaces that you carry with you wherever you go.

This is what Georgia is helping to foster at TG's - building loving relationships and connections with the children, the families, her team, and her community. We are glad Georgia is with us to share her gifts!
