TG's Child Care - Riverbreeze, Wauchope
TG's Child Care nurtures children through play, nature, and care for life’s most important foundations.
At TG’s Child Care, childhood is valued as the most important stage of learning and development. Every day, children are supported to explore, discover, and grow in environments designed to nurture confidence, curiosity, and connection.
TG’s is proudly family owned and operated by Gayle and Trevor Kee. Since opening the first centre in 1998, their vision has been to create early learning environments where children feel safe, families feel supported, and TG’s Educators are empowered to provide exceptional care and education.
For more than 28 years, TG’s has grown into a network of award-winning early learning communities across regional New South Wales and Queensland. Many families now span generations with us. Parents who once attended TG’s as children now return with their own little ones.
This continuity reflects the trust families place in TG’s and the lasting impact of a child’s early years.

More than 28 Years of Trust
For nearly three decades, TG’s Child Care has supported families through environments that combine professional early education with genuine care.
Several TG’s centres have achieved Exceeding ratings across all seven areas of the National Quality Standard, reflecting the dedication of our Educators and leadership team to continuous improvement and quality outcomes for children.
TG’s has also received numerous community and industry recognitions, including Employer of Choice and Excellence in Business awards, highlighting both the quality of care for children and the supportive culture created for Educators.
These recognitions represent the commitment of our team to children, families, and the communities we serve.

Our Philosophy
Playing is Learning for Life
Play is how children make sense of the world.
Through play, children explore ideas, solve problems, build friendships, and develop the confidence to try new things. Every moment of curiosity becomes an opportunity for growth.
At TG’s, play is supported through thoughtfully designed learning environments where Educators guide exploration, creativity, collaboration, and discovery.
Each child is recognised as capable, competent, and full of potential. Our role is to nurture that potential through meaningful learning experiences and supportive relationships
Our Educators
Our Educators are at the heart of TG’s Child Care.
They bring professionalism, warmth, and dedication to creating environments where children feel respected, supported, and inspired to learn. Through observation, reflection, and collaboration, TG’s Educators design learning experiences that respond to each child’s interests, strengths, and stage of development.
TG’s is proud to be recognised as an Employer of Choice, reflecting our commitment to supporting Educators with strong leadership, professional development, and a culture built on respect, collaboration, and shared purpose.
When Educators thrive, children thrive.

Natural Play Spaces
Children learn best through exploration and connection with the natural world.
TG’s outdoor environments were thoughtfully designed by Trevor Kee, a qualified landscape designer, to encourage movement, discovery, and imagination. Children climb, dig, plant, balance, investigate, and observe.
These nature-based environments support physical development, curiosity, social skills, and emotional wellbeing while helping children develop respect for the environment.
Healthy Meals and Wellbeing
Wellbeing is an important part of early childhood development.
TG’s provides nutritious meals recognised by programs such as Munch & Move and Good for Kids, with menus reviewed by NSW Health nutritionists to meet national quality standards.
Meals are carefully designed to support children's development while encouraging curiosity and enjoyment around healthy food. Experiences such as farm-to-fork learning also help children understand where food comes from and develop positive lifelong habits.

Regional Communities
TG’s centres are located in regional communities across New South Wales and Queensland.
Regional communities offer children something increasingly rare in busy cities. Space to explore, connection with nature, strong community relationships, and a sense of belonging.
Children benefit from environments where Educators know families personally and where learning extends beyond the classroom into the wider community.
These environments support children to grow with confidence, independence, and meaningful connections with the world around them.
Stewardship of Children’s Futures
For more than 28 years, TG’s Child Care has embraced the responsibility of guiding children through their earliest and most important years.
Our Educators nurture curiosity, build strong values, and support children as they grow into confident learners and compassionate members of their community.
Many TG’s children continue their journey through school and life with the skills, resilience, and confidence developed during their early years with us.
Being entrusted with this role by families is both a privilege and a responsibility we carry with great care.

A Message from Gayle Kee
“When I founded TG’s in 1998, I wanted to create a place where children could learn and grow in an environment that feels like an extension of home. A place filled with laughter, discovery, and care.
Today I am proud to see TG’s continue to nurture future generations with the same love, trust, and respect that started it all.”
