2025 Director's Day
We celebrate Linda Hutchinson, Centre Manager at TG’s High Street, whose heart for children and dedication to her team make her an inspiring example of leadership through connection, care, and joy.
At TG’s High Street, belonging isn’t just a word. It’s something you feel the moment you walk through the door. Under Linda’s leadership, the centre is a place where every child is seen, every educator is valued, and every achievement, no matter how small, is celebrated with joy and gratitude.
“For me, living The TG’s Way is about leading with love, trust, respect, compassion, and fun — it’s the heart of everything we do at TG’s High Street. I try to live this each day by building strong relationships, celebrating the little wins, and creating a place where children and educators feel they truly belong.”
Being a steward of children’s futures is a calling Linda holds close to her heart. She recognises that every day is an opportunity to nurture confidence, creativity, and independence in children, preparing them not just for school, but for life.
“Being a steward of children’s futures is something I hold very close to my heart. It’s about helping children grow into confident, creative, and independent little people, encouraging them to think collectively and find joy in learning through play. Every day, I see how ‘playing is learning for life,’ and it reminds me why I do what I do.”
Linda finds inspiration in the little moments that make up each day at TG’s Child Care, the laughter, curiosity, and teamwork that fill the rooms with warmth and energy.
“What inspires me most are those everyday moments — the laughter, the curiosity, the teamwork, and the joy in children’s faces when they achieve something new. I’m also inspired by my team, watching us all ‘paddle the canoe together,’ supporting one another and striving for excellence. Those moments fill me with pride and remind me that together, we’re truly painting a beautiful picture for our children’s futures.”

Through her gentle leadership and genuine heart, Linda has created a culture where everyone — children, families, and educators — can grow, learn, and flourish together. She exemplifies what it means to Play it Forward, living The TG’s Way with purpose and joy every single day. And this she does on top of her behind-the-scenes work ensuring TG's finances are well-managed, clear and up-to-date!
This Directors Day, we celebrate Linda Hutchinson and all our inspiring Centre Managers who lead with love and remind us that when we work, play, and grow together, we create something truly beautiful.
