A Journey That Came Full Circle
Linda’s journey with TG’s began back in 1998, when the very first TG’s Child Care opened its doors.
As one of the pioneering educators, she played a key role in setting the foundations of what we now lovingly call the TG’s Way, a culture built on love, trust, respect, compassion and fun.
After starting her own family, Linda stepped away to raise her children, but TG’s never left her heart. A decade ago, she returned, and since then, TG’s High St has thrived under her leadership.
A Heart for Children, A Head for Numbers
Linda isn’t just the heartbeat of the TG's High St centre. She’s also the engine room of TG’s payroll operations! With over 200 educators across multiple centres, payroll is no small feat. From increments and incentives to funding allocations, holiday calculations and beyond, Linda handles it all with precision, dedication, and a deep understanding of the people behind the numbers.
Her ability to balance the emotional intelligence required for early childhood education with the sharp skills of a finance wizard is nothing short of inspirational.

Her door is always open, her spreadsheets always balanced, and her heart always invested in creating a space where educators feel seen, supported, and valued. Her passion for the Early Childhood Education sector is also grounded in a deep awareness of the powerful legacy educators leave behind.
