As Directors Day (10 November 2025) approaches, TG’s Child Care proudly celebrates the inspiring leaders who bring The TG’s Way to life every day, leading with Love, Trust, Respect, Compassion, and Fun.
Today, we shine a special spotlight on Laura Bull, Area Manager at TG’s Child Care, whose leadership and mentorship help shape the excellence that radiates across all TG’s services.
For Laura, leadership is about more than overseeing operations, it’s about cultivating growth, connection, and consistency across the TG’s family.
“What inspires me most about being an Area Manager at TG’s is the privilege of collaborating with our exceptionally gifted and dedicated Centre Managers and our passionate and highly skilled educators. I take great pride in guiding and supporting emerging educators as they embark on their careers in this deeply rewarding field.”
Every day, Laura balances strategy with soul. She is inspired by the incredible people she works with, from educators discovering their strengths, to Centre Managers leading with confidence and care. Her approach is grounded in trust and collaboration, ensuring every TG’s centre continues to grow while staying true to its roots.
“My role allows me to challenge and encourage teams to further their professional development and enhance their understanding of early childhood education. I am also inspired by the opportunity to continually create and promote safe, loving, and nurturing environments where every child and family feels a genuine sense of belonging.”
Laura brings a calm, guiding presence to her work. She is someone who listens deeply, supports generously, and always sees the potential in others. She values the ripple effect of sharing her knowledge and experience across centres, fostering unity and high standards of care.
“Above all, I value being able to share my experience and knowledge across TG’s to foster growth, consistency, and excellence throughout our services.”
Living The TG’s Way is second nature to Laura. Her leadership is infused with joy, empathy, and authenticity — qualities that make her a cherished mentor and role model within the TG’s community.
“I strive to live out TG’s values of Love, Trust, Respect, Compassion, and Fun in every aspect of my work. I genuinely believe that fun and positivity are essential in our profession, and I love bringing fun and enjoyment to the workplace — creating moments of laughter, smiles, and genuine connection among our teams, children, and families.”
For Laura, Compassion and Respect are cornerstones of her leadership philosophy. She ensures every educator, child, and family feels valued and supported, knowing that belonging begins with how we treat one another.
