This Directors Day (10 November 2025), TG’s Child Care celebrates the incredible leaders who bring The TG’s Way to life, guiding with love, trust, respect, compassion, and fun.
At TG’s Riverbreeze, Centre Manager Faye O’Neill exemplifies what it means to lead with purpose, care, and heart. Her journey is not only about shaping young minds but also about inspiring the educators who guide them every day.
“What truly inspires me in my role as a Centre Manager at TG’s is the opportunity to educate, nurture, and shape lives every single day. I’m passionate about creating an environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn — where their curiosity is celebrated, and their individuality is embraced.”
For Faye, every day at TG’s Child Care is filled with purpose. She believes in creating spaces where children can thrive, where play is filled with laughter, discovery, and the freedom to explore. But her greatest joy comes from the people who make that magic possible: her educators.
“Equally inspiring is the chance to guide and support the educators within my team. I love being able to mentor others, helping them grow in confidence and skill, and watching them find joy and purpose in the work they do. Together, we build a culture of care, respect, and continuous learning — one that not only benefits the children in our care but also strengthens our TG’s community as a whole.”

“One thing I’m most proud of is my ability to approach every situation with a balanced and thoughtful perspective. I take the time to consider everyone’s point of view, ensuring that decisions are fair and that all voices are heard. This helps me create a positive, supportive environment where collaboration and respect thrive.”
Faye’s thoughtful approach extends to every detail, even the complex art of managing rosters across multiple services.
“I’m also really proud of how I manage the rosters across all three services. I genuinely enjoy the challenge of making the ‘jigsaw’ fit — finding the right balance between the needs of the children, the team, and the centre. It’s incredibly rewarding to see it all come together smoothly, knowing that thoughtful planning helps our educators feel supported and our services run effectively.”
