At TG’s, the safety and wellbeing of children always come first. Our March newsletter highlights TG’s commitment to the Child Safe Standards, which provide a framework for creating organisations where children are protected, respected and empowered.

TG’s Child Care maintains a culture of safety by ensuring strong policies, careful recruitment practices, and ongoing educator training to recognise and prevent risks to children. We uphold a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and follow strict procedures to respond to any concerns quickly and responsibly.

Read about our Education Curriculum and Learning Policy, which guides our play-based approach to early learning. Educators design experiences based on children’s interests and everyday discoveries, helping them build confidence, creativity and problem-solving skills.

Through the Early Years Learning Framework, children are supported to develop important foundations including communication, wellbeing, identity and active learning as they explore their environment and relationships with others.

Healthy nutrition is another important focus at TG’s. We follow a Safe Food, Nutrition and Beverage Policy that ensures children receive wholesome, balanced meals aligned with Australian dietary guidelines.

Educators also partner with families to encourage positive eating habits, recognising that healthy food choices in early childhood help support growth, wellbeing and lifelong health.
