This Directors Day (10 November 2025), TG’s Child Care celebrates the passionate leaders who bring The TG’s Way to life every day, creating safe, joyful, and inspiring places where children, families, and educators thrive together.
And if there’s one Centre Manager who proves that FUN and Excellence can go hand in hand, it’s Toni-Lee Paine from TG’s Hastings St.
From the moment you walk through the doors of TG’s Hastings St, you can feel Toni’s energy — laughter echoing down the hallways, music playing, children smiling, and educators radiating pride in what they do. Behind all that joy is a leader who knows exactly why early childhood education matters so deeply.
“I decided at the age of 16 that I wanted a career in education. What inspires me most is knowing that the work we do in early childhood changes lives, ensuring every child has the best possible start. Early childhood educators play a crucial role in shaping the foundation of a child’s life.”
For Toni, leadership is about more than managing, it’s about mentoring, empowering, and celebrating her team every single day.
“I love supporting educators to reach their full potential. Being a Centre Manager allows me to mentor staff, build a strong and positive team culture, and ensure everyone feels proud of the impact they make every day. I strive to ensure my team feels valued and supported.”

Toni is also the expert responsible for crafting and implementing policies that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) from the Australian Government’s Department of Education which is the basis for TG's programmes.
