Every future begins with a child who feels safe, known and valued.
At TG’s, Love and Trust come before learning.
Our Educators build genuine relationships with children, taking time to observe, listen and understand their interests, strengths and individual needs.
From that sense of belonging, children have the confidence to explore, play, make choices, solve problems, build relationships and discover what they are capable of.
We don't believe childhood should be hurried. We give children time and space to be children because the play, relationships and experiences of today are building foundations for tomorrow.

Great Educators don't stop learning.
TG’s encourages Educators to develop their knowledge, discover their strengths, contribute their ideas and grow professionally. Emerging Educators are supported as they begin their careers, while experienced Educators have opportunities to develop into leaders who can guide others.
We believe in growing people, not simply filling positions.
When Educators feel supported to learn, contribute and lead, children benefit from confident, capable and caring people around them.

Stewardship of Quality & Safety
Behind every joyful day of play is serious professional responsibility.
Families may see children exploring the garden, creating, laughing, making friends and learning through play.
Behind those experiences are Educators and leaders working to maintain safe, thoughtful and consistent practices.
TG’s reviews policies and procedures, supports Educators to understand how they are put into practice, encourages feedback from Educators and families, and seeks appropriate external input to help our teams remain informed.
Leadership matters too. Centre Managers, Educational Leaders, team leaders and Educators work together so that expectations are understood and good practice is modelled throughout our teams.
At TG’s, professionalism and care are not separate. Care is what drives our professionalism.
Stewardship With Families & Community
Children grow within families, relationships and communities.
TG’s never replaces the role of families. We work alongside them.
Families know their children deeply, and their knowledge, cultures, experiences and observations are an important part of understanding and supporting each child.
Our stewardship therefore extends beyond the relationship between an Educator and a child. It is built through conversations with families, collaboration between our teams and connections with the communities around our centres.
Over time, those relationships can become something very special: families who remain connected with TG’s, children who return as adults and generations whose stories continue to cross paths with ours.

We cannot know exactly who every child will become. But we can make the years entrusted to us count.
School readiness at TG’s is bigger than preparing children for their first day of Big School.
Through play and everyday experiences, children have opportunities to practise independence, communication, kindness, curiosity, resilience, responsibility, problem-solving and confidence.
These are capabilities for school, but they are also capabilities for life. We want children to leave TG’s with a love of learning, confidence in themselves, respect for others and the foundations to continue growing long after their time with us.
