What makes TG´s Educators Simply Brilliant?

Brilliantly Purple!

First of all, TG's Educators are Simply Playful! Every year's Lasiandra Festival is a wonderful time for the children, families and Educators to go Pretty in Purple and unleash their creativity and fun, all in purple! This year TG's Child Care has certainly swept away several awards, including Best Premises Display for TG's High St, Best Costume Staff Group for TG's Hastings St, Best Costume Individual Staff Member for Amanda and Toni-Lee at TG's Hastings St. AND...the Overall Winner was actually our very own, one and only, TG's High St!

Brilliant Women Leaders

Leadership is about paddling the canoe together. Each generation of Educators spreads their warm wings and mentor the next generation and this has allowed TG's to sustainably continue the high quality of Educators throughout the decades.

Gayle Kee, owner of TG's Child Care was the very first to open up this path to many other Educators to come, and thanks to her, TG's continues to seed and nurture Educators year after year. Meg Barnden-Hyde, famously and lovingly known as the Mother Hen of TG's, was mentored by Gayle and now she herself is NSW State Manager taking her teams of Educators under her strong wings.

At TG's Child Care, leaders listen. Every one has a voice and their voices matter. Educators are nurtured in the same loving, kind, respectful environment as the children. Each one is supported to develop to their fullest potential in their career paths, and everyone's unique gifts is celebrated. It's about having each other's backs and inspiring everyone to do their best.

Brilliantly Recognised

TG´s efforts and hard work have been recognised by their communities through the years and every award under their belt is something TG´s shares with the children, families and communities. Families not only beam with pride at their children´s graduation day, they also beam with pride when TG´s is recognised for Playing is Learning for Life!

TG´s was Highly Commended for Excellence in Professional Services in the 2022 Wauchope and Hinterland Business Awards.

The following year, TG's outdid themselves in the 2023 Wauchope & Hinterland Business Awards, sweeping three awards!

1. Employer of Choice (over 20 employees)

2. Excellence in Professional Services (21 employees or more)

3. Excellence in Large Business - Highly Commended

This is a validation and recognition of the amazing efforts of the brilliant leaders at TG's! Truth is, award or no, we are proud of all our Educators, every single day. We know they are the key to TG's magic; they make all the difference to each child's learning journey.
