I got to know TG's when I was at the start of my career and was offered a job. It's one thing to be offered, and another to stay on, and I have stayed on at TG's because I feel respected and valued as an employee and Educator.
TG's really fosters a warm sense of belonging and you are made to feel like you are part of a family. Over the years, I have always been encouraged and given opportunities to grow and develop as an Educator. Gayle, Meg and Nik always encourage us to be the best that we can be!
During my time with TG's, I have seen how TG's has evolved in such a positive way. I have seen TG's expectations grow to provide children and families with a truly high standard of care. I was given an opportunity to step up as a leader and in this role I have helped model and share our expectations to all Educators who have joined the TG's family.
Something that really stands out to me is when our outdoor environment was transformed into a beautiful environment that allows the children to explore and learn.
